Portions are huge, the sausage gravy was the best I've ever had, service was spectacular and even got some souvenirs from Flapjacks!! Definitely worth the long wait line to get in, I had the steak and cheese Benedict took me 2 days to eat all of it. We went twice while on vacation it was so good!! Cheers to many more years in business for Flapjacks!! Love the train that goes around the restaurant.

We were not lucky enough as we arrived at the peak of Rush hour, it took us 2 hours to get our meals. We ordered three different dishes and ushered however my favourite was the pancakes which were very fluffy and full of blueberry. The steaks and Benedict eggs had buttery flavours. Our waitress was very friendly and nice. The atmosphere was cozy and kid-friendly.

There was a bit of a line to get in, but it moved quickly. Server was polite and friendly. Food was really good… flapjacks were served with maple butter on top. Eggs Benedict with hash browns were great… I could have ordered a half order because the portions are so generous. English muffins were wonderful…not your typical grocery store king. Of course the maple syrup was real! Our go to breakfast place now! Fun watching the train running around the ceiling

It was a long wait, but well worth it. The flapjacks come with home made maple butter, which is so creamy and delicious. The atmosphere of the environment is cozy, welcoming, and fun. Though I admit, I did cry when reading about the Beth foundation. It was created in honor of one of the founders of the restaurant and contributes to different charities that were important to her. It's really just a very sweet place all around.

Truly the best pancake I’ve ever had, and I’m not even a big pancake person!! The butter was so amazing, literally everything here was delicious. So perfect to have this before going hiking. 10/10 would go again.

Cozy comfortable casual. The tables are cool light sturdy oak. The little train going around ceiling is cool. The view of garden out window very nice. Very good home fries descent coffee. Fluffy pancakes...great maple butter. Breakfast food good overall. My eggs Benedict was good .. perfectly poached egg ...sauce was generous if a little thick ..and ham was nondescript..a thick slab which detracts a little. Overall very good experience except the host (teenager) seemed a little overwhelmed and created a longer line than needed to be. We waited almost 30 minutes to get in. At some point more than 10 people came out and line was still not moving. Once we got to the front the were empty tables not utilized. Maybe under staffed. Our waiter was very good though! Friendly prompt yet calm and collected even though was very busy.

A just for breakfast if you’re in the area! This spot quite often has a line outside the door, and it is worth the wait. Everything you want and more for breakfast options. Keep an eye out for the daily specials- usually amazing- like cinnamon bun flapjacks. The baby bear breakfast is perfect for kids. And the kids are well entertained with the small train that circles the entire ceiling line of the restaurant. If it’s not running they’ll turn it on upon request. We love Flapjacks!

If you like to eat a lot for breakfast, that's the place. I am not a pancake fan, but hopefully they serve other kind of breakfast. Service is a little bit slow, but look at the mini train who pass across the restaurant ceiling. If you are in Lincoln area, you must visit that place.

Just excellent, well worth the wait, service was beyond good everyone super friendly, and the food was amazingly delicious. Unless you’re the first ones there when they open there’s always gonna be a line just be patient. It goes pretty quick.
