We stopped in for the first time this sat and we were not disappointed. The food was great and the staff even better. Our youngest son was not in a good mood but Tonya eventually got him to come around. She even allowed him to bring his dishes back and then when he asked to wash them she let him. He got a kick out of that and she paid him a $1. He was so excited that he earned a $1, which he donated to the humane society. We went back today and had met her daughter and ahe was very nice too along with the rest of the staff including the bus boy who let him go back there again. That is for a great experience and great food. We also did trivia as we waited and learned some awesome facts.
I am in love with the food I have not had such an amazing meal since I lived at home and that has been 42 years. It truly brought back child hood memories, we had breakfast, I can't wait to try a burger we will be going back again thank you

Best Chicken Fried Steak I've ever had. I could tell instantly that it was homemade and not frozen. Pan fried to a perfect golden brown! Thank you for a great breakfast!
Very good! The wait was a bit long as they were busy but well worth it! Portions were HUGE! Great food, the waitress was very sweet. �� Definitely going back next time we're in town!!

Great family run business, complete with a sulky teen aged girl (which only served to add to the charm - she wasn't rude, just obviously not happy to be working on a summer Friday) Fairly priced and huge portions...They even gave us extra bacon and an egg, on the house, to bring home to the Terrors after hearing of yesterday's trauma. We'll definitely go back

The food tasted amazing and took less then 15mins to be prepared. The customer service was awesome and the price is super cheap. Thank you Kayla for being so polite. Can't wait to be back at this perfectly rounded business that someone has obviously put in a lot of work to get to this point. Great work Corners Cafe! :)
This is without a doubt one of the best breakfasts i have ever gotten in my life. Everyone else in the restaurant was commenting how good there did was.
Food is delicious! I had the chicken fried steak, it was amazing the gravy was great, it had a hint of roasted garlic. The pancakes are thick and fluffy. My husband had the clam chowder, some of the best we have ever had, and their fries are so crispy and delicious! Staff is great too, it's a very small place
We had the shrimp and cheese Omelet for breakfast! Which is exactly what it sounds like. Simply shrimp and cheese inside egg. We put their home made salsa on top and it was absolutely amazing!!! Lots of shrimp too!:) the hash browns were crispy just like I like them! It was super small (6 tables) and cute. The young lady who was our waitress was super sweet and helpful! The only reason I didn't do five stars is because the orange juice tasted a little funny like it had started fermenting or something. Overall excellent place!!! It wasn't super busy when we went and was nice and quiet
nice little place with very good food. went there for breakfast and everything was cooked perfect. has that family home cooking feel. the staff was awesome. I had the 2 egg breakfast with bacon and the hash browns were crispy on the outside and done in the middle. they were done right. and the bacon had excellent flavor.

This was a very unique Place both in building structure and food. It's actually a mix of two different buildings or building partitions I can't really tell. However you go in and sometimes you have to walk right back out onto the street to go to the other building / partition and go in there to your table and the wait staff go between the areas as well. It's kind of funny to watch all the chaos.
As for the important parts the service was a little slow but ok and since it's a Coast Range Restaurant they had a full line of seafood related breakfasts which make my heart sing with joy. I ended up getting a crab omelette that was almost more crab than egg and that is not a negative. It was super delicious. My wife got a more straightforward breakfast and was mildly happy with it.
I would easily stop by here again anytime if only to have more Seafood for breakfast which is hard to find back home. There's a few areas they could improve in but it seems to be a restaurant that has been here for ages and will probably be there for a lot longer. Definitely recommended.
This was the largest Reuben I have ever seen! I'm unable to eat it all at one meal (a first for me) Great fries!
I read all of the reviews and wanted a good grilled burger. The corner cafe did not disappoint. I had the Elk burger and my wife had the 1/2 pound cheese burger. The burgers are cooked to you specifications and there are a ton of delicious fries. Bring your appetite because you won't leave hungry. We will be back.
So as far as all the bad reviews.. I feel as though they may be circumstantial, we enjoyed our visit.
At first impression it felt old and a little run down..
It took about 30 minutes to recieve our food at 11:00 on a saturday.
I got chicken fried steak which was very well executed, the gravy contained a lot of garlic. But overall i enjoyed my meal.
My wife got the crab omellette and thought it was "delicious it even had real crab".
And of course my son loved his pancakes.
Loved this little hole on the wall!!! At first we weren't sure. Waitress wasn't real friendly at first but she livened up. The food was awesome. My husband had Mike's Mess: biscuits, hash browns, all kinds of meats, gravy and cheese on this enormous plate. He could only eat half of it! I ordered Popeye's omelet which was huge also so cheesy, lots of bacon and spinach. Could only eat half of that.
The food here is just like you make at home, except you get much more food on your plate. The food is great with more than reasonable prices. The only negative thing I can say is they close too early for dinner. If you want a great breakfast when you are in Lincoln City, you can not find a better place.
Great food for whole family. Friendly service. Will go here again. Much better than the big chain breakfast places with pigs. You don't get pulled in and picked out like livestock here.
