Amazing ice cream sodas! We tried the Siletz Bay Sunset and the Taft Beach Bliss and they were both amazing! When we walked up we were greeted by I believe the owners who were extremely friendly and so sweet. We had a wonderful experience and are excited to come back to try their cookie! Definitely grab something here before you go walk the beach!

So sad after all Elenor has done for the building owners after the lack of care and respect for the family is🤯😔 . It a museum of vintage tables and chairs and the memories of generations of locals and vacationers. Priceless Memories can never be destroyed. It would have been a kindness after all this time to allow them to at least liquidate a vast collection of time and History. You all will be missed .

Vicki was an absolute delight! She recommended her Grandmothers homemade recipe for the Marion-berry Cobbler. It was delicious, heated to perfection and topped with vanilla ice cream. We walked down by the water and sat at a picnic table enjoying the view and the amazing cobbler! THANKS VICKI!!!

Really enjoyed getting to know the owner and their story. A fun family history and it really shows with the personal touch inside. Very kind and hospitable and will absolutely return. They also let us sign their guest book and that was a memorable treasure for us. PS. The chocolate chip cookie split was awesome!

This place is Lincoln City history and nostalgia at its finest. The family that owns it are fantastic and would love nothing more than to tell you about it. In fact, when you walk in the door, they'll greet you and ask you if you've been there before. If you haven't, they'll give you a quick run down of their history and what they're known for. They've been running this little charming place going on 50 years! What about their food? The must haves are the fries and special sauce. Their burgers are pretty decent too. But most people come for the ice cream! However, I discovered something even better than ice cream upon my most recent visit. I tried one of their homemade crumbles ala mode: caramel apple walnut with vanilla ice cream. It. Was. AMAZING! For $6.75, it was worth every darn penny and tasted homemade. I was halfway through stuffing my face before I realized I'd better take a photo of it! GREAT. Now my mouth is watering just THINKING about it. They also had a Marionberry crumble which I'm definitely going to try next time. In addition to the dessert and ice cream, there's a small gift shop area and for the kids a mini-arcade. I'd recommend checking out the crane game 😉 Finally, little places like this have their quirks and Eleanors is that they only accept cash and check (with proper ID). They're also only open until 5 PM. So make sure hit the ATM beforehand and ABSOLUTELY make sure you order the crumble when you visit Eleanors. It's a long lasting little secret nestled in the south side of Lincoln City.

Loved this place on my 1st visit! Super friendly owners and probably the best cobbler I've had in my life! Was going to just try 1 bite and save the rest for later but next thing I knew, it was half gone. Amazing taste and texture and served with a scoop of high-quality vanilla ice cream... the perfect pairing! Will be back every time I visit LC for sure!

My husband and I stopped here on our way to Portland for a quick treat and boy did we get a treat! They made us a delicious homemade cookie with ice cream, whipped cream, crushed nuts and a cherry on top with a chocolate drizzle. Great little place!

We have walked by a hundred times but this is my first time inside, Skip the line across the street at Moe’s and stop in here instead! The food is very reasonably priced and fresh scoop ice cream on tap, Rent a crab trap and buy your crabbing permit right here on your way down to TAFT beach on the beautiful Siletz bay!!

Came to Eleanor's during our honeymoon in Lincoln City. You will not regret coming here! They have food options but we came for the desserts today. The marionberry cobbler is the best I've had ...and I've tried a lot. The chocolate chip cookie split was awesome for my husband. You get to pick any 3 flavors of ice cream and they dress it up with toppings. Delicious! Also, the owners are super sweet and very welcoming. You can learn tons about the history here. Will be coming back here whenever we visit!!

Since I was 6 years old the owners watched over me, fed me and are like family to me. Whether just giving me taffy or parenting me on how to use the pool table properly they love their jobs and value their customers.

We are taste testing chowder along the coast so this review is for only a cup of clam chowder. This is truly homemade. Celery, onions, potatoes, and of course clams, lumpy, bumpy, stock full of goodies. Not necessarily creamy per se but it doesn't need to be. Husband really enjoyed the homemade qualities of this soup, saying clam chowder isn't necessarily flavorful. Personally I found it to be more like potato soup (gritty like potato soup) and would prefer a bit more spices.

This is family business at its absolute best. We met the amazing daughter of the founder and she was the kindest person. The cookies are simply the best. Crunchy in all the best ways as the brown sugar caramelizes and makes a really pleasant and delicious cookie. When you're in Taft, this is an absolute must go.

Small town feel, unbelievable kindness!! We only ordered ice cream but had a fabulous experience. The lady loved my girls and gave them tokens to play a few games. She was so happy and kind to each one of us. Nothing beats genuine costumer service. The shop has an old time feel and lots of neat things to look at! Well worth the stop!!
