I have been a customer in this site for years. And I had a good experience. But, recently I start seeing some changes not for better. What you order at the beginning and what they deliver at the window might be different. Make sure check all your orders are delivered before you leave. Specially, the sauces. I asked several times, for special number of sauces, but they always have it less. That seems for me intentional. Today, I ordered 3 spicy sandwiches with 3 large fries and 12 pieces of chicken nuggets. When I get gone, I found out they put only 3 pieces of chick f la Sauces for all of this meal. If this was only first or second time, I wouldn’t want to say this. Rather, this happened to me so many times recently. And I believe you all need to make sure you get everything right before you leave the window for drive through!

The service is second to none and the food tastes good and fresh. On my last visit - Friday 6:45 PM - the inside wasn't as clean as my previous visit and the table and seat wasn't as clean either. An employee asked how everything were and if we needed a drink refill.

I just visited this location for dessert for my family. We all got dessert and asked for a small cup of whip cream (pup cup) and the nice lady at the register did not understand what we were asking. A manager stop by and when we asked again he stated that the owner no longer allows us to do that. I stated we had gotten on before and he stated they mush not of known.
I dont think it is a good look when you pay $14 worth of ice cream/milk shakes and ask for $0.15 worth of whipped cream for your dog and you won't do it.

It is pouring outside. I went inside to get my order and the gentleman (in a blue shirt—probably a manager) walked me back outside to my car with an umbrella. He did it with a smile and didn’t mind getting wet so that I would make it to my car! I was in shock. Excellent customer service! I should’ve looked for his name. Chick fil a is lucky to have you!

I had never before had a problem with this location. but yesterday morning was the exception . I order 3 breakfast meals when I got home all 3 boxes of hash browns where short I literally had 4 hash browns per box.

Every time I go there there’s always something missing on my order. I guess those miserable $9 dollars an hour that this location pays doesn’t give the necessary motivation for the workers to get the job done correctly. By the way do you all know that the workers need to buy their jackets from chick-fil-A to work during the winter months? Managers at this location are trash especially the one by the name of Evan Starr.
