Located in the Mall with easy access parking. Limited menu for a Starbucks but it has all the essentials.

Customer Service: The staff was nice, fast, and helpful, and the barista made the drinks perfectly.
Best Part: As soon as I took a sip of my drink, I knew I wanted to come back. Delicious.
Worst Part: They ran out of the Macadamia Nut coffee, but we found a delicious substitution.

I came in while waiting for a store to open. The people working were really friendly and efficient. They did ask me how my day was going in a real way..compared to asking being a job requirement. I would recommend this place. It's a mix of locals and tourists so great people watching.

Not much crowed but staff took ages to give me coffee and a sandwich. The sugar counter was dirty looking. Could be more clean.

I love coming into Starbucks feeling a welcomeing vibe, especially since I come in cranky. I get to hold conversations with them and other customers and they never fail to meet my expectations. They work hard to bring your drinks out in time and in order, but sometimes customers lack patience. I did and they handled me pretty good that I always leave happy. They give out positive comments and notes, they just make my visit great. The workers here are the best I've met (and good looking). They may not be having a good day, but they always have a positive attitude. I can't not love the workers here. This is my main spot to go to for anything.

Love this place. i always try and get new drinks using the starbucks secret menu and they always surpised me☺️. it is located in lihue kukui groove it is the just beside macys together with jamba juice. i always use my starbucks stars. sometimes i even earn free starbucks. Kuddos to all staff for doing their best service👏🏻. Mahalo 🤙🏻
