It was our first time here so we didn't really know how it worked. Staff could have been a bit more friendly and helpful. Poke was delicious. Toppings are 7.99/lbs additionally. Got a 2 scoop poke with some toppings and paid almost $17 (I think there is an automated service charge included).
Sitting in the car right outside the Fish Express after mopping the BEST poke I have ever had in my life. Loved everything about it. From the sushi rice, to the fresh poke, to the toppings bar, and the service. The poke on Maui has to step it up now, I have a new standard 😅
My husband and I stopped in here to get some poke and were so happy with what we got. We got sushi rice, he got three scoops and I got two. We tried the Maui onion, spicy ahi and the other spicy ahi. The self serve topping bar was awesome as were the sauces. I highly recommend if you want fresh fish

Poke was excellent and making my own customized bowl was pretty easy. About $20 for a good sized bowl including the toppings. We didn't see any place to eat in or near the shop so we just ate in the car. Will definitely be back!
Poke bowls are great. Fresh and delicious. Must get the sushi rice! Add your own toppings. Good for take out only, lacking a dining area.
Beach and Poke all day long. This was my lunch every day, for a week. Fresh fish, Salmon, Ahi, Hamachi, prepped different ways. Great Poke place. I will definitely be back when I’m back to this Island.

I love poke bowls and I could not believe my luck when I stumbled across this little place while we were vacationing on Kauai.
The seafood is so fresh and the staff is very friendly and the prices are great. I went back a few times and now that I’m back home I’m sad they are so far away!
Ordered poke bowls here. You can also buy it but the pound. Take out only. Parking is limited and it’s on kuhio hwy.
You choose your rice and poke and they weigh it. Then you do your own toppings which I love doing and they weight it again. Wish they had some tobiko and avocado in their topping bar
No doubt the best poke in Kauai. We had it a handful of different spots while on the island and had to come back once more on our way to the airport. The first day we went with Spicy poke bowl and Macadamia crusted mahi. Large portions and great flavor. Both visits we had great service from everyone
Hands down, BEST POKE IN KAUA’I!! This is the first place we stopped on our week-long trip for our honeymoon and it truly set the bar. No other poke place even came close to the smoothness and freshness of the fish here. It’s very unassuming from the outside, but it cannot be beat!!
This gem of a spot has such a special place in my heart - it was our first poke right off the plane! And it was absolutely delicious! We went ahi heavy and went wild on the toppings - make sure not to miss out on the kimchi mussels!
I enjoyed my meal here, this is a to go place, no tables for eating here, so just know that when you order you will have to eat in your car or somewhere else. I got a good amount of fish and a salad. It was well prepared and didn’t take to long to come out. My meal was the ahi crusted fish in fur
