THIS IS FROM DOMINOS IN WALMART WAY BETTER FOOD AND PEOPLE ALL THEY DO AT DOMINOS IN DOWNTOWN LIBERTY IS MESS UP I DONT KNOW HOW THEY MAKE ANY MONEY THEY HAVE TO GIVE SO MANY REFUNDS THIS IS WHAT I ORDERED A PASTA WITH MARINARA SAUSE AND BAKED CHEESE AND PARMESAN CHEESE KNOTS HOW CAN YOU MESS THAT UP THE ONE IN WALMART WAS RIGHT THE ONE IN DOWNTOWN LIBERTY GAVE ME NOODLES IN ALFREDO SAUSE GARLIC KNOTS AND WHAT LOOKED TO ME LIKE CIGARETTE ASHES ON THE SIDE

Places online order at 7:24pm by 8pm no tracker update so I called the store where I was told it would be a hour for delivery or 30 min for carry out I chose carry out. At 8:45 I went to the store. There was a lot of customers waiting who were all delivery changed to pickup. All cancelled but 1 by the time I got to register. The very rude woman did not offer a excuse or apology just a attitude where she tells me it will be another 30min to hour. Which would have in total made it 2.5hours. I cancelled my order as well. There was a lot of employees so they can't blaming staffing. That was the rudest experience I have ever had. The delivery drivers going in and out we're very nice.

My wife tried to use the automated system to order a pizza for her 80 year old mother who is on a fixed income ( as most elderly people are) and it wasn’t working or it wouldn’t take the order. So she called to order in. She was never told the promotion they’ve had forever, which is 3 toppings for $7.99 is now only offered on line and you have to put in the PRO-MO CODE in order to get it at that price. How many people over the age of 65 can do all of that. This company is discriminating against the elderly by this practice. It’s unfair that because they don’t have computer skills they have to pay double the price. So from here on, hello Little Caesars. Good bye Domino’s.
