I wish I could just give up on this location but unfortunately it’s the only close chipotle to my house. Not sure last time I got a bowl with it actually being correct. It’s issue after issue with this place. Tonight I ordered a Barbacoa bowl. My husband picked it up and got home with it (he usually verifies) and it had not meat at all. And I didn’t ask for sour cream, but it was on the bowl. The biggest issue I have is that meat prices are up and they just raised their prices again, and I got nothing of what I should’ve. It was basically a veggie bowl. And the manager there really just does not care.

Paid over $11.00 and got a very short burrito.. even paid extra to get it double wrapped in another tortilla. Not worth it. I’m motivated to look somewhere else for a burrito for $11

I know the world likes to see honest reviews before placing order and I have to leave my review here because I am experiencing the same thing twice now, after my account had been charged. For the second time in a row, the order i paid for was delivered incomplete. Last time was chips and guacamole, this time the chips was left out just the guacamole was delivered. I am very disappointed unless this is resolved. If i pay for the food, i should get it 100%, unless you disagree with me on this. The people are great in person but online order for me has been a bad experience. This is for the Chipotle at Flintlock, Liberty. If this is resolved, I will modify my review to reflect such immediately. If you order online, please watch what you receive. The 1 star is not deserved unless i get my order.

We're participating in a Daniel's Fast for church. Chipotle has a 3-pointer bowl that's a few dollars less than their regular bowl. You can choose 3 items. Since we can't have meat during this time, we had Brown Rice, Fajita Veggies, and Black Beans!! Delicious!! Finally felt like we'd had an actual satisfying meal! Thanks Chipotle!!

Don’t order it to go. They will mess up your order. They always do. I don’t know why I keep trying to give them second chances. Also wrapped my bowl in foil and it barely covered it. Can’t be sanitary.

After a bad experience eight months ago, we decided to give this location another try. We ordered online and were promised a 5:05 pickup time. As soon as I walked in I knew I was in trouble, as a group of people were waiting for their pick up orders. I finally asked about my order after waiting 15 minutes, and the employee shuffled through a bunch of receipts until he found mine. Only then did they decide to make it. So much for second chances. We are done.

If you go in and order that are great, but pickup is very hit and Miss. Just today my double meat light rice burrito was literally all rice with 8 chunks of meat!! no cheese either. If you want good food don't do pickup.

This location is a joke, we placed an online at 6:15PM for a 6:40pm pickup. We didn’t not receive our food until 7:25pm. Other orders that had 7PM pickup times were coming out before ours. When we asked about it they informed they moved some of the orders up on the line and pushed some others back. Then when we get home one of the meals isn’t even made right.
