We've been going here for the past 6 years and I can say that they are definitely coming back to their exclusive high end feel for the CinéBistro with some of the theaters getting updated seats. The service is always superb, however they no longer make the delicious meals they used to serve. Now the menu is more so concession stand snacks rather than a meal. One thing my mommy friend noted is that the bars for safety dividing the seats for people to walk to and from their seat safely consist of bars which is helpful when bringing our children. We're glad they can see around the bars
Had food service to our seats. Burgers were adequate, but nothing great. Fries were getting cold. Probably would be better off eating in the seating area, instead of at our seats in the theater.
Seats are comfy. Mission Impossible was great.
As a new resident of Southern Ohio, this theater is among one of my favorite places to go to enjoy a movie as well as food.
There's lots of entertainment in the area as well as shopping and dining options.
The theater itself has a bar as well as many other food options besidesthe standard theater fare. The seating is so very comfortable and the screen is sharp with awesome sound.
This is wonderful place! Date night with your spouse or girlfriend? You should definitely go there! Not the typical movie theater very upscale. Me and my wife definitely love it here!
Disappointed that one of the seats we had fir the d-box didn't operate during the movie. Chad assisted after the movie and refunded our seat. Great customer service taking care of the customer.
Favorite theater in the Greater Cincinnati area for sure. Always have a excellent experience every visit. Delicious food if you dine in and a cold pitcher of beer during a movie is great ha. Awesome place overall and other nice stores surrounding it. 👍👍👍
Update: What a huge improvement! Seats seemed a little smaller than before, but! Great experience and they looked to have the "full service" side up and running again! Very happy with the visit!

It's like watching the highest resolution and latest in technology on a 20 year old TV in a disgusting recliner..
Seems like just a couple years ago this was the best theater in the area.. it's currently in dire need of a face lift.. all four of our seats were wore through to the cushion!! It made us uncomfortable knowing that the seats were exposed top and bottom to the point we left our hoods up to use the head rest.
The movie was 3 hours long. Kids wanted pizza, I went up to order and was told they don't even offer pizza any more even though it's half the menu.
It was 3D "imax" movie but it definitely wasn't broadcast on imax screen.
