As a former employee i was unsatisfied with my service today. I understand accidents happen but the employee dropped my money out of the window and didn't even apologize. I had to get out and chase the money across the parking lot. Like i said before i understand accidents happen but she didn't say
Food is good but the drive through is ridiculous. Some dozen people directing traffic. One made a rude comment because I didn’t see him. He was standing off to the side, wearing all black, talking on a phone, at night. Yelled that “my hand up means you need to stop” really rudely.
Always excellent, know what you want before you go. Everyone has a cell phone, just look at the menu so you're not reading the entire menu when you get there. However, Cook Out is extremely efficient and the drive thru line moves fast.

It took longer for me to make my order than it did to have the food made, and it was absolutely delicious!
