Possibly the slowest drive through service ever! Sat at the open window 4 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. The sign advertised hot and crispy fries, Luke warm and soft at best. Great fast-food! Decent prices, always hot food, and good customer service other than this guy name Shawn he is always arguing with employees every time I've stopped in. He is very rude. Would have made a 5 star review other than this one complaint. I recommend Wendy's in Lexington Tennessee.

I love Wendy's, but not this one. Rude management, horrible and slow service, poor food quality, won't take coupons through drive thru... the list of grievances could go on. Still 2 stars because I love Wendy's food.

Always states they dont have certain drinks through the drive through when their website for Lexington says they have it… never can get a zero drink! Order a fanta zero…”we dont have that” order a mello yello zero “we dont have that”….THEN DONT ADVERTISE YOU DO!!!

Wendy's has probably the best hamburger in town If you like square meat lol. No joke It's a very good burger. And I also want to say, the people that serve you do a pretty good job too.

Worst place ever to order food. You sit in line for 30 mins just for them to constantly ask what you want multiple times and still give you the wrong food on purpose and then I go back for them to stop answering window. They just gave me whatever just so they could leave. I hate this place, especial

Here lately food and service have been great

Very busy, with apparently only 3 people working, on a late Saturday night shift.Minimal wait and pleasent service, especially considering the rush.🙂
