Always wanted to try Zaxby’s and I finally got to. I probably won’t eat it again for a long time. It wasn’t horrible but it wasn’t amazing like I was expecting. We got the Chicken Fingers, Traditional Wings, and Fries combo. The wings were better than the fingers.

Best it's ever been!!! It was super fresh after a 2-3 min wait. Both tenders and fries. Only complaint was they forgot ketchup and napkins but were brought out promptly. Prob the tastiest they've ever been.

I’m at Zaxby’s pretty regularly, I’ve been coming since you guys used to serve milkshakes. (Been a long time) but recently it seems they got new management & it’s been down hill, the wings barley have sauce on them, the drink machine was out of half the drinks, and my cheese bites was so burnt & when I sat inside all the table was sticky along with the floor. I did have a great encounter with a boy named Conner I believe that was his name, but that seems to be the only person who cares about the store. I don’t know if they got new people or what but everyone seems like they don’t know what they are doing & last 3 times I been there in about a month seems to be going downhill a lot. I hope they figure everything out i really do like this place a lot.

Horrible management. The workers were very friendly and kind and seemed to be working hard. There were two men whom I believe to be in MANAGEMENT because they were in different colored polo shirts from the others. There were only TWO people working in the back making the food orders. I stood there and timed it; my salad sat up in the window ready to be handed to me for a full six minutes. Now I know six minutes doesn't seem like much, but when you see not one, but TWO managers standing around just shooting the breeze? That's unacceptable. AND there were two gentlemen who had placed their orders before me who still didn't have their food. I'm a nurse and this location is right across the street from the hospital where I work. This place is TOO BUSY for managers to be just standing around during the lunch rush. As I was leaving the drive thru line was around the building. DO BETTER.

Staff was not friendly. Food was not very good. Bread was old and crusty. Chick-fil-A it is much much better!!

Went through the drive-thru ordered $40 worth of stuff and it was on point no mistakes and very good and still warm and hot

The food that I ordered was good. They got everything right except for adding one thing to my sandwich but other than that everything was good
