Excellent friendly service and food. We were passing thru town and are happy we stopped to grab lunch (to go) at the Lunchbox.
Best sandwiches I have had anywhere. Each one has a lot of care put into it and the cake is equally impressive.
Enjoyed a very nice lunch at the lunch box today. French dip au jus with a bowl of mushroom tortellini soup. Decor inside is fun! Will definitely return and maybe on a Friday evening when they have ribeye steaks.

Made to order sandwiches. 30 to choose from plus salads fancy yummy slices of cake. Cook came out to chat and waitress was a young sweet heart.Great family style place for lunch.
Owner and staff are extremely friendly! Food is out of this world. A must if you want a quality sandwich at a great price. They make incredible desserts too.
I and my husband had lunch a few days ago there. I live in Lexington not long enough but I guess “the lunchbox” is the best place where I had lunch- clean, special style, friendly staff, my sandwich was good
