Review The Upper Crust - Lexington

Girl at the register was extremely unprofessional. She was rude and got my order wrong when I made a point when I called to get a gluten free pizza with goat cheese . They got it wrong and gave me mozzarella cheese. So now the cook and the girl tried to say that was the only way they could do it but I’ve order here in the past so I know there lieing to my face. They finally agree to remake it . And make me feel like I’m wrong for wanting the pizza that I had paid for. So now it Takes another 25 minutes out of my day to make it . Now I’m just waiting and they lock the door . I was knocking for 5 minutes until somebody came and I got my pizza but it was not to satisfaction and with huge spots of cheese missing . Not worth it customer service is awful and can’t get orders done right.

Last night I placed an order at 7:48 pm. At 9:15 I started to wonder if my pizza would ever arrive and tried calling them for a status, there was no answer so I started cooking dinner thinking my pizza would show up while I am cooking. It never showed up. They did however charge my credit card. I sent them an email since they do not answer their phone and so far, no response.

Customer service was so disappointing to the point we almost wanted to leave! The old hispanic lady at the register is so unwelcoming. Besides the fact she cant even take orders properly. Our pasta was cold and when bringing up the issue she just gives a dirty look and walks away with the pasta without a word then brings it back and just slides it on the table and walks away like we were such an inconvienace. Our food was brought we continuously thanked everyone and not one you’re welcome from anyone. Just very unwelcoming food is good as any Upper crust but will never return here rather spend my money elsewhere.

Great thin and crunchy pizza place right in the center of Lexington. I had only been to the Beacon Hill location until today and I would have to say that the quality is consistent among them. The staff was young here and goofing around a lot but they were friendly and served our slices fast. Overall this is a great pizza place I would definitely recommend if you’re in need of a slice!

Service is awful, but the food is good and the individual people are incredibly nice and apologetic when appropriate. I've had my order lost at least twice, and more than once they've only started cooking my order at the time they tell me to pick it up. Once I get, but this has become a pattern.

I literally today went to pick up an oder for a customer, and this is how it went its gonna be a little long but bear with me. The lady running the store the one with black curly hair and glasses name started with a L I can't not remember it. They did not have the oder ready so when I got their they started on it on top of that they say that the oder was complete it was not had to go back and get the 2 items that were missing and since I walked in till I left 100% with the oder this lady was being rude to customers yelling basically because they were so busy they were backed up on orders no joke their was a line of orders hanging and when a customer would ask she would be not let them even finish their sentence because she would interrupt them and basically yelling saying it was not her fault that it was the app fault she was so un professional the way she was handling the customers and the custo.ers were not being rude to her at all but she was very very rude it made me sick to my stomach seeing how she was talking to all the customer how she was being down right rude and no one said anything to her if she can't handle the store when busy she should not even be running it it at all what's so ever I hope the other customers make a complain or speak up and not stay quiet because no joke she was being down right nasty to the customers thats not good customer service and I hope the owners see this and do something about it because this was so unnecessary. If I could I would give 0 stars and actually give -100 stars all because of that lady. Update they say to email them to investigate further I did no one has emailed back, no one has do e anything else. So it's just for show that they say to email them & nothing happens after that. Do these people even care about their store 🤔 🤷🏻‍♀️. Beware if you go to this upper crust location & if you see theirs other who have left bad reviews so 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️

The pizza slices are massive and I paid less than $5, so inexpensive. The crust is really thin, which I was okay with and liked. Cheese tasted fine. Very crispy and crunchy. Pizza tasted excellent seasoned well, cooked perfectly. welcoming atmosphere grey,dark interior with tall windows at entrance which let in a lot of light. Pizzas are made by hand. Nice view of the street I really enjoyed the pizza. Was really good. Would recommend this place to people.

Uppercrust only delivered half of our order twice now. The delivery driver told us their fryer is broken and to contact them, but it's a bit late by the time the (partial) order arrives... When we try to call Uppercrust to resolve the issue there's no response and they made no effort to reach out prior to the order being delivered. Definitely avoid the Lexington location and order somewhere else.
