Normally I like this Burger King but today when I placed my order it was no where what I wanted. I wanted 2 big kings burgers but the cashier rang it up as a single pattie burger. Didn't have time to complain and then wait for another order. But I'm not sure about going back to it anytime soon.

Employees were nice. The Cha-king sandwich is NOT good! It is a chicken breast but it was dry even though it did not really seem over cooked! The texture of the breading was weird. The rodeo burger was decent once I got one with cheese on it.like I had ordered. They do.have a good chocolate shake which is all I wish I had gotten there. Ugg could have eaten at a buffet for the same $$ or even less!

So started at 5 stars, order was taken promptly and accurately repeated. So here I sit 6 minutes later and haven't moved an inch 4 stars.Might be a difficult customer or broken machine....8 minutes no movement, no I'm trapped as a car has pulled in behind me. 10 minutes, 3 stars, ok so at 11 minutes one car leaves. 12 minutes, 13 minutes and we get another car length. You would think the food would be sitting there waiting for us to show up at this point but apparently not. I saw the bag go out the window but no one is moving another difficult customer? 14 minutes another car moves. Looks like they're ready for this one and have the food and receipt ready.
My turn, 15 minutes, food ready, but it looks like they're having trouble getting the credit card machine to work? But this have been the problem the whole time? 17 minutes. Okay looks like pilot error on the credit card. All in all a solid 2 Star drive through experience hopefully they will get this all sorted out soon. I think the next time I come this way and there's more than two cars ahead of me I will just go down the road to the Arby's.

Waited 20 mins in line to get to drive thru speaker and the worker said the system was down and unsure when it would be up and running again.
It would've been nice for him to send someone out to tell everyone that instead of waiting for people in line to move up when they are tired of waiting.

Waited in drive thru to place an order for 20 mins with only one car ahead of us. Once up to the speaker, they asked us to hold. Sat for another 10 mins then just left. No one ever took our order

Went through the drive thru and ordered. After placing my order, they only gave me a portion of it.
No receipt was given so I had to pull around and go inside to get the rest of my food. While reading my order off the screen the guy managed to read the sauces we asked for and gave us the wrong one's still.

I went through the drive through to order some food. The cashier was super nice and patiently answered my questions about the best value for my money. We were extremely satisfied with our food selection!

My Burger was Chewy and flavorless, My fries were slightly cold, And my ghost pepper nuggets looked like they had been left out in a heat lamp for 4 hours and were incredibly hard to chew.
The customer serve has improved a little bit. I just wish the food quality would improve Burger King used to have such tasty food and now it tastes like no one cares.
If they improve the quality of the food and freshness then maybe I'll go back.
