Always have a good experience with China Ming. It is a little over $10 a person but worth it.

I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who loves Chinese take out.
Most of the food is not very good. Inside is dark, cramped, and feels dirty and unfinished. Staff is mediocre.
That said this is the only one around that has a whole pan of unspiced shrimp on the buffet so I have to give them credit for that.
Hot food and cold food bars. All you can eat. I wish that there was more sauce in the dishes on the hot food bar.
