Papa Johns Pizza

This is the "neighborhood" pizza place. 4.5 miles from the house prevents the drive to townships 11 miles away in 2 directions...so it's convenient. We ordered 2 large pizzas. Bacon and Ham, and Cheese Extra Cheese. We like the service. And we occasionally use the delivery. I had 5 hungry grandchildren to feed, and 2 adults. The pizza was enjoyed by all for the late meal...about 8 pm, and they ate on the leftover during the next day. The pizza heats up well and I leave it out. They're usually fast, and convenient if you're not interested in driving and being gone all day. Delivery is "usually" prompt as well, but close to the holiday for the first time ever, I was told it would be an hour and a half before delivery...so I passed and went to pick it up. There are restaurants I like better for pizza and Italian. But this one is good. They have many other items on the menu besides pizza, and I love the baked meatballs with cheese. Again...great service, and do you really want Totinos, or some other freezer section pizza? The price is not $30-$50 per person. It is $10 to $20 dollars per pizza. Don't know where the price range came from, down below this review, but I could not edit it.

This is the sloppest pizza I ever had. Is it a right sided pizza or a center cut pizza?? Tell me please. The last two times was bad so I decided to give Papa John's another try tonight. Still disappointed. Will never order from them again! So I called them and she was rude, saying we will replace it, but we need the whole pizza back. Sure you can have it back, cause I wanted a whole pizza deliverd. Not a center piece of fine China looking pizza.

0 stars for me, unfortunately had to choose at least one. Placed an online order for a super Hawaiian pizza. They gave us an original Hawaiian bbq chicken pizza. I called: (to ask if we could take it back and get the one we wanted) first a lady named Wendy answered saying she was the manager so I started telling her what happened and she just put me on hold while I was still talking. After 3 mins a man named Gage answered and said he wasn't the manager but that he would get the manager on the line. Finally some other lady answered she said her name was "Na something" anyway I started telling her what happened she then put me on hold again while I was talking. She did pick back up and the said she couldn't understand what I was saying. We went back to the store. My husband explained what happened. A tall white lady told him that is was our mistake. That we had placed the wrong order. My husband told her we hadn't because obviously we know what we ordered. She said that sometimes it is a glitch in the system. And she said they would redo it. No apologies. Being we had already paid my husband agreed. While waiting for the pizza, a short white lady started complaining that there was no way and that she didn't know how that could happen and blah blah blah....so my husband asked for his refund. It's a shame people act like this. I will say that this man named Gage should be the manager. He was respectful and genuinely tried to help not like these 2 gals. Im not sure but I think Gage was the young man at the counter. But I'm not 100% sure on that. Either way that young man was also nice about the whole situation. Never said or acted like the 2 ladies.
