Texas Steak & Tap House

My son's was raving about this place so the mister and I decided to come here for our date night and they did not disappoint. Our waiter was attentive. Our steaks was cooked to perfection. Everything else was delicious as well. My drinks was sweet and strong just the way I like it. Will definitely visit again.

Never heard of this place until I was searching for somewhere to go for Father's day and I wish I found it sooner. Steak is seasoned very well and has plenty of size options, and the sides are seriously delicious on their own. The croissant and cinnamon honey butter they provide until your meal arrives is a nice touch too. Can't wait to visit again in the future!

The staff here was great, Our waitress was very pleasant and attentive, and just overall gave off a wonderful vibe. Other staff members delivering our food were all genial. The food was pricey, but what isn't these days. The problem was with the quality and preparation of the food. The broccoli was reheated frozen broccoli; no way it was fresh, still cold in the middle in some spots. The steak was served under-cooked, still after being sent back and asked to cook some more. The chicken tasted a tad undercooked as well. The shrimp tasted fresh... out of the freezer. The rest of the food was unmemorable at best. Icing on the cake was this song (Cry Baby- Megan the Stallion) playing in the restaurant, while we dined.... with our three kids. Look up the lyrics, I dare you. The manager said the song was selected on the jukebox and they have little control over it. With families eating there they should have total control over the music being played. Really inexcusable. I would give one star but again, the silver lining was the staff.

Very average food. Pricing was fair to a little on the high side, with the supply chain and inflation going the way it is now I'm not sure if I could really take away a star for that so I didn't. The bartender made excellent drinks and the waitress was wonderful. I'm hoping to revisit this location soon and find something on the menu that taste a little better and this could be a 4-star location easily

First time here and it was good. Staff was very friendly. I got a filet and the temp was right and size was good, side salads were good. Most places you do not get anything on them. It had cheese, eggs 😒, croutons, and tomatoes 😑. We also got potato skins for an app. and those were really good. Haven't had them in a long time. Oh and the table bread was excellent. Overall, it is def. Worth a try and I didn't feel like we wasted our hard earned money. I hate when that happens. Would def. Come back again.
