1st time dining here and food was absolutely delicious. Everything we ordered was scrumptious! This is fine dining so don't come here if you are expecting big portions. It is a bit pricey but our overall experience was wonderful. Our drinks were super strong and delish as well. Loved the blue cheese stuffed olives! All the wait staffs were pleasant. Reservation highly recommended. Definitely a quaint little place. Menu items may change every so often.
We moved here about two years ago and I had yet to try this place, as I work every single Friday and Saturday night. I finally got a Friday off, and made early reservations and they got me in. The food was excellent and even my husband who is not a fine dining lover, said it was some of the best tuna he’s ever eaten. We have traveled and lived in a lot of places in the US, so for him to say that, means a lot! We will definitely be back on my next Friday off (which might be another six months 😂). We HIGHLY recommend Wine Sellers for a local fine dining experience. The wait staff was very accommodating as well.
We ate here for the first time tonight after having driven by it a million times. The restaurant is in a small renovated house that is easy to miss when driving by, but after doing some research on new restaurants around us we found Wine Sellars Bistro and decided to give it a try.
It was hands down one of the best meals we have had in an incredibly long time! Everything from the olives, olive oil and bread given in the beginning, to the appetizers, main course and desserts were completely outstanding.
Bravo to the chef and the staff, we will definitely be back!
Our second visit to this quiet, small and romantic restaurant: great food, wine and atmosphere, plus no mask but social distancing! Well worth the drive to Lexington to experience this unique restaurant! Please go and support our small businesses.
Wonderful meal. Very good red wine selection. Unfortunately, zero French White Burgundies which is my favorite zone. Salmon Crostini was fabulous. Filet mignon was good. Wish I had asked for no peppercorn crust and keep it simple. Veggies were a tad overcooked. Lovely staff! Thank you so much.
My husband and I ate there and the food was wonderful!!!!! Relaxing atmosphere. Charming decor. Far exceeds the expectations of Lexington, NC. It is a little expensive but well worth the quality of food you. The chef came to our table to make sure we enjoyed our meal. Ahi Tuna and Petite Migno. The food is just as beautiful as it tastes.
Dining here is like what you might expect in a big city. Chicago or New York. Big city tastes and presentation from this sweet little spot in Lexington NC.
