The only reason for a 1 star , no option for a zero. When I ordered never confirmed order, no price, no thank you, worst of all the whopper was COLD , not even the slightest bit warm. I informed the manager but to be honest didn't want scared of ask for another because if this place doesn't care enough to at least place a warm burger in your bag who knows what else is going on inside. I would never serve someone something like this, have a little pride 😤. Don't blame the cook , the person placing the burger in the bag would have known if it was warm etc. I called to speak to manager and she refused to give me her name and hung up on me.

Fast service at least while I was there this time was fast. But I did not get what I ordered. No receipt. No thank you.

Bathroom was closed down. I guess Covid is crawling and lurking in the bathrooms so stay away from them. Had to go across street to gas station to use restroom and wash my hands before coming back to order. Food was good but not for almost 9 dollars worth for a regular combo. Went to get refill but they don’t do refills during the covid. However, I can pay for a new drink, but can’t give me another cup even though my combo came with drink already. I won’t be eating at Burger King anymore unless it’s a convenience thing.

It was so unworthy of a stop ! To just return back on the road with no food. I spoke calmly about my order being cold then be told they would be made fresh . Waited patiently and still received another my order just as the same. I asked for the lead and cook to touch my food to check the same temp I felt. Both verified that it is cold but the lead didn’t even care to even satisfy my order, she was just upset because 4 burgers had gone to waste. If this wasn’t bad customer service all the way around then I don’t know what else. Just very disappointing!

Didn't get my onion rings or fries, burgers were cold, and I did not get my drinks either. Haven't eaten here in forever for reasons like these thought I'd try it out again. Big mistake. Place needs to be shut down.

Could this "fast food" place be any slower? No matter what time you go, be prepared to wait. Wouldn't mind but the food is cold and/or burnt as well...

Passing through, decided to stop. After ordering we were asked to pull up and they'd bring our food. After about 20 minutes total. I went in for food, since no one had come out to us yet. Showed receipt, they turn around to bag of food just sitting on the counter, jerk behind counter said, "I came out, no one was there." Needless to say, I lost it on him. I was hungry, I was watching the door the whole time, no one came out with food. We won't ever make the mistake again. 8/11/17 2: 05pm.
