I went to the McDonald's in West Columbia right off the interstate. They took forever to give me my order which was not complicated. Once the staff member brought the order, it was wrong, he told me to check the bag to ensure it was correct which I did. My problem is I put my hand in the bag to check and he took it back and went to another car and gave it to that customer. I will never eat there again, because I did not feel that was sanitary. With the COVID Pandemic, he should have went and got fresh food for that customer because my hand was in the bag despite me not touching the fries.

I visited the drive thru at this restaurant a few weeks ago while my son and I were leaving that part of town to return to our part of town. I had to rush to get him changed for a virtual recital, so I took one bite of my quarter pounder deluxe and ran upstairs to grab his clothes, took a second bite and ran to grab supplies to brush his hair, and upon the third bite I realized the burger did not taste good at all. The inside of the patty was completely pink. I drove over the lake and through the woods to return the burger and receive a refund. The manager on duty seemed more concerned that I not be afraid to return to the restaurant than he was about the fact that the burger patty was still bleeding and clinging to life. I was more concerned about food poisoning than I was about continued patronage.

It was just ok. I don't understand why some McDonald's has the large drinks for 1.00, and others don't. I've noticed this WITH several other menu items as well. I realize they are franchises, but pricing should be consistent across all locations in the same area, IMHO.

More bad experiences than can count. Multiple visits I have been missing half my order only to realize when getting home. Today was the last straw when I order a big Mac that was missing the middle bun and mac sauce. Not one-time visiting this McDonald's have I left with the correct order. Would vote 0 if I could.

Ron was great, on top of his game. We had just left the McDonald's closest to Flight Deck because the guy there was extremely rude, and tried this one, by the interstate. Ron was extremely pleasant, quick, and helpful.

McDonald's was good. Great french fries, nice and hot. I feel their prices are getting a little steep. Over $11 for two Happy meals hamburger, cheeseburger and one Big Mac. I think I'm going to have to stay away from them for a while not only for my waistline but for my pocketbook.
