If it were possible I would give them negative stars. I ordered food (order placed at 7:13), after 42 minutes I still had not gotten my order. I called the store and they had given my to another car plus that cars order. The reason why they did not come out to check was because they had already marked the ticket is done. When I called the store and ask them about it they originally argued stating that they had to given it to me. The young lady that answered the phone then turned I guess and asked the person that was running orders out to curbside. That young lady then Responded to the question regarding which curbside pick up she had taken the order to as number five, the lady then stated oh no you shouldve taken it to number four. Told me oh no we handed it out to the wrong car, Im sorry about that we will remake it and then hung up. At 9:02 my spouse called the store and Was informed that we wouldve been better off going through the drive-through, and that he was welcome to call corporate, that they could just not make the food. The manage on duty, then hung up on my spouse. Finally got order at 9:18.

If you go inside in the evening you will be standing there waiting for someone to take your order for some reason the think they just supposed to take drive thru orders this happens almost everytime I go in this McDonald's.
And they are not friendly at all when they have to come take your order.

McDonald’s has completely gone downhill. Inside lobby hours are only from 9 AM to 3 PM. And when you go in you have to use the kiosk. Not to mention while I was doing that. you’re doing that I had to help two elderly people that had no idea how to work it. At least give a special line to senior citizens.
Maybe if the state would cut off the unemployment to people who are able to work. Things might change

I went through the Drive-Thru and only got half my order. Had to go around the second time to get everything else. They questioned me thinking I was scamming them and asked if my recipe was just a ss. When I finally got back to work which is down the road at Zips Car Wash *if you like dirt, come join our zips team* They didn’t even get my first order right! I paid for a bacon quarter pounder and got a double quarter pounder. Definitely won’t be going back to this particular location.

I waited in the drive-thru line for 15 mins. during my wait I done my mobile order on my phone so I could just pull up to the window and get my order. I was running late for work w/ 2 cars ahead of me. When I finally got to the window the McDonald's employee waved me away and I could read his lips and he was saying "we are closed". My credit card was charged for my order that I never received. This McDonald's is open 24hrs. and there was no indication that they were closed on this particular night.

This location needs to be closed. Waited over half an hour to get two plain cheese burgers finally gave up and left at the 40 minute mark. This franchise owner clearly has no idea what they are doing.

They forgot the biscuits and gravy. Fortunately I noticed before I left the parking lot. Went back got home and found they barely put any gravy.

The food was hot & really good, people were very nice! The only problem is everytime I order food. Something is always messed up with the order.
