Overall, this place isn't bad. Yes, their waits are a bit long, but I've never had them mess up and order for me. They try their best and the food is pretty good too! Also, they've added a ketchup dispenser (but they had ketchup the whole time; all you had to do was ask for it when you recieved your food...)

Took 45 minutes to get chicken fingers and fries. Understandable if busy, but it was completely dead. Finally told them I had been waiting 45 minutes, they grab my ticket make it and give it to me. No apology. Would've been better off getting a lunchable from the wildcat pantry next door.

Worst steak and shake EVER!!!! They don't accept coupons because they're a franchise! What a rip off. Also, the manager was very rude I ordered 2 milkshakes via the app but I sent it to the wrong store. When I got to the one downtown, obviously they didn't have mine ready. They were about to close but told me they'd go ahead and make me two shakes if I wanted & I said yes plz. After she rang my order in & told me the total I explained I had a coupon &tried to hand it to her. She said they didn't accept them. Problem was, it was really late& I only grabbed a few bucks &my buy one get one free coupon. She got the manager &even though they had already made both shakes, he would only let me have one of them. I told him to keep them both and left accepts he was VERY RUDE &DISMISSIVE AND I WANT BE BACK!

Ordered my food. Inspected my receipt because the total didn't add up. I asked if I got a drink and was promptly interrupted by the cashier. She went on about how I didn't order what I said I ordered. When I did manage to get a word in, I said I did order it and was promptly cut off again. I got a refund and left.

Went through the drive thru to fix my Steak n Shake craving. After I ordered I got home and two toppings were missing from the burger. When I called to try to get it correct the manager on duty said I have 30 minutes to make it to the store for them to rectify the situation. They also wanted proof of purchase which the drive thru cashier did not provide. This is not how handling incorrect issues should be fixed. How does it make sense for me to have a time limit , come to the store and leave my house again for them to fix something that was their fault. Not happy and it’s very disappointing. Customers beware.

It took about 45 minutes to get our food; food that wasn't fresh and very sloppy. The table was dirty! The employess were nice considering how swamped they were but they moved sooooo slooooow!! They had no sense of urgency to get those people their orders at all!!!! Seriously, words cannot describe how slow the girl making milkshakes moved!!! Horrible experience and we will NOT be returning to this location!!!

Sticky floors and horrid bathrooms. Totally recognize that this in on a college campus, but the menu was very limited and the restaurant was not in the greatest of conditions. Staff was not committed and the bathrooms were not stocked. The paper towel dispenser was empty and empty Sol long an expired cartridge of paper towels sat on top of the dispenser and another customer brought napkins in to dry your hands. The toilet paper was pictured on milk cartons in the convenience store next door.

I normally don't leave bad ratings, and I've had fine experiences with this location before. But my most recent visit, after waiting 40 minutes for a milkshake I was informed they were out of ice cream and they couldn't make it. Luckily I was able to get a refund, but ik multiple ppl who didnt receive the shakes they ordered or get a refund.
