Didn't like the employee talking stupid loud and acting foolish visiting with her boyfriend in between drive thru orders. Unprofessional should be retrained. Customers don't want to listen to your personal conversations.

Service is great! Food was kinda thrown together, but it was still good. The nacho fries are always under cooked it seems. Not all of them, but some of them. The quesadilla was pretty good even though the contents weren't distributed evenly throughout the tortillas. The service was fast and good!

To the owner, I came through the drive through today(6/23/2022) at 7:03 and no one was available. I watched another car pull through at 7:06. We both ended up going to your competitor next door. Your employee (who I am assuming drives the Black Toyota parked closest to the lobby) is literally costing you business. I'd venture to assume this isn't the first time this has happen either. You may want to make sure everything is okay with that individual.

Sweet, courteous to the customers, and quick. They were faster than any of the other taco bells I have been to, accurate with giving out the right orders, and seemed very polite.

I wasted my time, gas, and lunch break for nothing. I placed my order at 9:03pm. I arrived to get my order at 9:19pm. There was one customer in the build who was having difficulty using the online app. The associates helped him but he continued have issues placing his order. Eventually his order was placed long after mine and two others entered the building placed their orders and walked off. All 3 of these customers received their orders by 9:29pm and I had to ask the employees why my order wasn't given only for them to tell me they would start making it now. There is absolutely no reason that I should have never even had an order made when I placed it online 30mins prior, yet everyone placing orders afterwards received theirs. The only difference between myself and those customers is that I am an African American female and they were white males. I would love to hear why your poor excuses for employees thought it was perfectly fine to ignore my order while I was present yet prepare all the orders after me. I want an immediate refund and understand I will no longer be patronizing any Taco bell for this reason.

Was soooo excited to order the Nacho Cheese Fries and to my surprise they've taken them off the menu😬🙄.. So disappointed. That's a MUST TRY item if you've never had them. Great speedy service.

My guilty pleasure. Taco Bell is my favorite fast food. I probably get crunchy beef tacos once a week and 9 out of 10 times they are great from this Bell.

I would give it five stars, but we got home and we had a item missing. So we called to let them know and the manager is going to give us double what we was missing. So that was a good thing.
