The guy at the drive through was on his cell phone while taking our payment. When we got our food it was ice cold. So I parked my car went inside and told the man who had been on the phone “if you hadn’t been on your phone maybe you would have notice the food was cold”. He threw the bag of food away
The owner and the manager needs to figure out something. Dining room was open not to long ago. Now locked for no apparent reason. They don’t serve shakes apparently. So don’t order one on the app you’ll have a surprise.
This is the most trashy fast food restaurant in Lexington. I haven't had one occasion where I've had a decent interaction. Orders are always wrong and the employees are always rude. Management obviously doesn't know how to do their job.

Decided to pick up some fast food at my son's favorite chain. I decided to go in, instead of waiting in the drive through line, and was pleasantly surprised. I checked a car in the drive thru before I went in and was able to get out of the parking lot before they had even made it to the window. So
I was disappointed they had no decaf coffee; I thought all restaurants had decaf coffee? Also they overcooked the hash Browns and the breakfast sandwich taste like it's been sitting for a while. I will not be back
