Jersey Mike's Subs

Devin needs serious class on management, we eat a Jersey Mikes in Lexington Ky at least twice a week , normally at Richmond Rd , but when we order on line it comes from this store. When I called with my concerns , he said the other stores don’t follow policy , very classy, then he said he made the sandwich and then wasn’t certain . I guess door dash took the meat off , he said Tony was the owner but didn’t know his number. If this guy is a manager making sandwiches like this he needs to go back to sandwich boot camp . Worst experience ever with Jersey Mikes , his attitude was much like the sandwich. You can fill in the blanks. I guess this is what inflation looks like. Tony fix you customer service .

This particular location left me disappointed. Other locations are fast, friendly and celiac aware. Thus location wasn't very clean but it was after the church lunch crowd. When I ordered I stated I have celiac and needed care with my order. After almost 10 minutes I finally got my salad. It was prepared off the main line but no one seemed to care so I won't be going back. My husband said his sub was good.

I really love coming here. The staff are always really friendly, and when I want to try something new they make great suggestions. They really know their stuff- not just about their own sandwiches but what tastes and textures compliment each other for potential modifications. They really raise the bar for sandwich shops in town.
