Review Taco Bell - Lexington

I ordered a number 6 and a $1 craving beef burrito. Sourcream and I don't mix, therefore I don't order items with it on it, and in the number 6 all you get is a Chicken Quesadilla and a crunchy taco standard. I changed it to soft. I come home and see just a doll up of sour cream almost as if it was intentional hid under the lettuce. The only person who was really nice to me in the store was the cashier who's I wish name I could have gotten before leaving to praise and when I asked for sauce the manager stopped the employee I asked for sauce and then himself proceeded to only give me what his helping of sauce was for me. Not going back very upset by staff recommend Hamburg Taco bell if any!

Every time, within the last 1 or 2 yrs, we eaten at Taco Bell I get diarrhea for at least 2 days after! IDK why but it doesn't matter what location. It's not just me...our entire family of 5 gets it. I'm not sure if they've changed some ingredients or what.. 🤷🏼‍♀️ The food is almost ALWAYS good & fresh, as this recent location was excellent in quality! So we enjoy it but definitely will think twice next time we are craving tacos or burritos. 🥺

I love me some tacobell but this location is terrible. Everytime I go there they are only doing doordash. WTH is the difference? They have broken fingers? Doordash has better colors on their order display? Doordash dees cheesy crunch gorditas!

Don't go to Taco Bell if you want a freeze. If you see an interesting flavor of freeze you'd like to try, might want to try and figure out how to make something similar because, they won't ever actually have freezes available and especially not the special flavors.

I was at the Taco Bell on Richmond Road in Lexington Kentucky very recently. I ordered 2 of the fried chicken tacos. When I opened them there was not enough meat between the 2 of them to make 1 full taco. I should have taken a picture. The meat from both didn't even take up half of the soft taco wrap. It was ridiculous. Went back the next day for my nephew and he got the same thing and his had 4 times more meat than mine.

Once again at best sub par product even with picking it up. Clearly I need to order earlier from authentic eastablishments, product is garbage, service lacking horribly and can't even speak with a rep., seriously?

My Husband and I went through the drive thru about 5:45 tonight. The employee who served us was so polite, friendly, and the food was so great. I was very appreciative of their kindness and quality of the food.
