Review Mcdonald’s - Lexington

Food sloppily made. Unable to consume because of it being visually unappealing. A waste of time and money. (and I do enjoy McDonald's, which makes this so difficult).The added mayo was so much it came through the bag. At least the Drink which was Coke/light ice was AMAZING.

Service at this location is always great from my experience. The staff is efficient with taking orders and having the correct food ready. The nuggets are served warm most times. That's not okay, yet it's better than a cold burger.

Probably my worst McDonald's experience. Came into the drive thru and it was empty. I pull Into the lane that the only person just left. Sits there waiting for someone to acknowledge me. I speak up and hear nothing. I look over and they are serving the person behind me in the other lane. I goto the curb side spot since I'm being ignored. I place my order and wait...and wait. After a while I start looking at the reviews because I felt this was ridiculous. So I go and knock on the door and they just ignore even turned their back. I had to attach the picture because I can't for the life of me understand how you could be so rude at a restaurant. So I get back into my car because after 15 minutes no one brought my mobile order so I go into the drive thru again. Now this time I tell them what I have been dealing with since after about 20 minutes this is the first person I was able to speak to. So she doesn't help and says the manager is up there at the second window. I go to the next window and they're acting like it's my fault. Even had the audacity to ask if it was the right McDonald's. I ask would you like to see the order details? It has the address and what I ordered. She starts arguing with me and after another set amount of time they give me the order that has been sitting there so you can only imagine my frustration. I'll never be returning to this McDonald's again in my life. Should've read the other reviews first. Smh. This was worse than the McDonald's in Baltimore MD and I thought that would be hard to top but when you just don't care you shouldn't be in the food service industry.

I visited this McDonald's several times to get the iced caramel mocha and they gave me a ice caramel coffee when telling them this was not the drink I ordered I was confronted with a yes it is... no chocolate no caramel no whip cream just iced coffee if you all machines are not working probably just say that instead of passing something other off because people like me know what she ordered and how its made its on the menu how come they can't fix it right

This is the worst McDonald's in Lexington hands down, the attitude of the employees is absolutely horrible. They act like we (the customers) are getting on there nerves by ordering food. They (and I do mean all of the workers except the older lady who always says "GOOD MORNING SUNSHINE" & the little short black lady who be on the drive thru, and the other Mexican lady that gives you your food at the last window"..!! Other than those 3 ladies everybody else is terrible, they will make you curse them out big-time so if you can avoid that McDonald's please do for your sanity.

Ask to speak to manager, employee gave a female name. Then, a male walk up with no name tag nor manager dress code. There’s never McCafe’ after a certain hour. Employees need better training in customer service.

I can deal with slow service and it won’t stop me from visiting a restaurant, especially McDonalds as I grew up on McDonalds but sometimes customer service goes a long way.

Rude and very hostile environment. I heard an employee state she was going to have another coworker jumped…. No work environment should be like that. That place needs serious help and I feel bad for others working there. I don’t think the business has a GM either. The management team is completely lost.
