Rally's

Horrible. Just horrible. Was waiting 30 minutes for my order and they kept messing up the orders. They also kept yelling out the orders out loud because they didn't know which order was which. Do NOT come here to this location. HORRIBLE, 10 minutes later and we're still here. It's 5 minutes later, I had to get a refund because I couldn't put up with it anymore. 2 minutes later, I FINALLY GOT MY FOOD. They need to fire the manager because the manager kept talking down to the employees like they were her lackeys.

They were AMAZING! I had asked if they could double bag my order, because I was taking it home to my sick husband and it was a long drive. They proceeded to, not only double bag, but they TRIPLE wrapped the sandwiches!! I couldn't believe the thoughtfulness and care that had gone into that gesture!! I thanked them, repeatedly, and then gave everyone working at that time a $1 tip!!

Absolutely terrible. The woman taking our order didn't listen to what we wanted, asked us 3 different times what we wanted to drink for 2 combos. Then we ordered 2 cheeseburgers on the side, she asked what to drink and we said no drink with the cheeseburgers. So... We didn't get any drinks after all and then the girl wanted to argue about it at the window. 2 medium drinks cost $7 and she had the nerve to tell us it would have been cheaper to just get them with the combos we ordered. We did surprisingly get everything food wise in the bag, however, the fries were old and stale, the chicken sandwich was missing cheese we asked to have added, and conveniently we don't have a receipt so I can't even fill out the survey that's advertised all over every item. Learned our lesson and next time we'll drive a little further up the road for taco bell.

At the speaker was told there was only 1 flavored slushie available tropical punch in which i ordered get to the window after taking my money the drive thru cashier tells me " we only have blue raspberry" and crushed some ice and gave me a drink that was almost purple ....🤔....the cashiers attitude read we better not drink this! Sad that employees apply for those jobs and hate what they do! Never going back and I wish those 2 lady's well cause it seemed they was running the whole place and very frustrated!

Messed up my order than gave me an attitude for complaining about it, I'm a manager at my job and I could never get away with that even if the customer was wrong. Honestly glad I didn't eat the food if this is how they act I can't imagine how bad there food safety is someone higher up from out of store needs to get in there and get that place together

the lady working the drive thru asked me 3 times if i wanted a drink with my meal and i told her yes. then she asked me after if we wanted drinks with 2 burgers i ordered and said no. she then didnt give me the drinks for the combos i ordered and then charged me 7 dollars for 2 cokes with no ice. didnt listen to me either time i tried to tell her i told her we asked for them and she was very rude about it and laughed at us. never going back there again. LEARN HOW TO LISTEN TO PEOPLE.
