Probably the worst McDonald's in Lexington.. Has had some of the rudest managers. If you go In the evening the burgers/fries are cold and the buns stale and hard.. This is a consistent problem.. The conglomerate that runs/owns this store is out of Richmond and could care less about its customers.. They used to have a really good regional manager. He retired and then things went south..

When I pulled up to pay, the employee tried to give me the wrong order. I told her what my order was. She read off another completely different order. I repeated my order and that I didn't know what else to say. She immediately got super defensive and accused me of having an attitude. At no point had I raised my voice or changed my tone. Apparently just expecting to pay for the correct order (which had been displayed on the order screen correctly, so it was in the system) or expecting an employee to listen when you're speaking count as "having an attitude". There's a Hardee's 5 minutes away on Richmond where the food is better and the employees are both polite and competent. Do yourself a favor and go there instead.

For good or bad, McDonalds became successful due to the consistent delivery of service and their food. This location suffered in every area. As soon as we walked into the store, your feet started sticking to the floor. We then had to wait at the register for several minutes before someone came to take our order. They obviously did not want to be there. The tables, floor and trash needed to be taken care of. Won't be back.

Never go to this McDonald’s on New Circle. All I needed to do was use the bathroom & 1st off ya can’t get in unless ya ring a doorbell & 2nd this really rude fat lady who works there answered the door & wouldn’t let me in just to use the bathroom & rudely said “we’re not serving customers right now” even though I saw people eating inside. & even more rude but typical McDonald’s the line for the driver through was super long. I’d recommend never going to that McDonald’s

Very very upset about an employee being fired for delivering MY BIG Mac to the truck. I believe the manager's name is Kim. I had been waiting for 5 minutes and I guess she didn't want me to have the 1st burger up. You're a BIG disappointment manager.

Ordered and paid for a spicy chicken combo with large fries and drink. Received a a medium drink and ice cold large fries less than half full. Disappointing experience.

Morning first window drive thru employee got both orders wrong twice. Thankfully the manager was kind and swift in fixing the order.
