Rally’s has been my go to for burgers. Ordered the 2/$4 rally burgers. I opened the bun and laughed. It was puny, almost pathetic-looking. I would be embarrassed to serve that to someone for free, much less charge then for it. I guess you guys have given up. I know the world is a mess but some fast food places still pull it off. You should find out what they are doing and emulate them.

They just don't care. The day staff is rude and inattentive, the owner hired poorly. I work less than a minute away so I walked up for a late lunch last week. There were no cars in the drive thru and the server looked at me through the window and went back to her phone. She couldn't even be bothered to take my order. I waited a minute then just walked away. I'm very clean cut, I dress professionally so I know I was quite simply ignored. It's their loss, like I stated I work a minute away so Rally's would have been my lunch destination at least once a week.
Now they can go pound sand.
Never again.

Went to try new fry-seasoned chicken. Had a couple questions when at the microphone. Employee was rude and made me feel like I was interrupting her day. Had to beg for sauce at the window after asking her what my choices were. Even more rude at the window. No receipt. 2 pcs of 3 were hard and cold. Fries were good and hot, but chicken was horrible. I won't be back and I will advise my friends and family of my experience.

The sandwich was not hot. The fries were lukewarm. $9.41 for big bufford, fries and medium drink. Rethinking... Numerous others reported the help at the drive thru being rude. The owners haven't replaced her yet....

I love this restaurant, although once the staff was very rude about remaking my french fries when they were very overcooked, which made them hard to bite. And that lady was very rude! But what upset me the most was the condition of their flags. The best flag in the world is torn and very old and in poor condition. It is better to take them off than to disrespect the USA flag !!!!!

The lettuce made me sick......mine was not good ...in my 3rd bite I opened my sandwich definitely bad lettuce.....but if the lettuce was decent I could have ignored the cheap cheese.
The cheese is Not the employees fault.....ingredients are the fault of the company.

Went through drive thru the other night, after I paid they asked me to pull ahead and they would bring the food to my car. Once the food arrived at the car it was the wrong food so I took it back to the window. It only took about 3 minutes to receive the correct food, it was hot and good. Got a chicken bites kids meal, there was alot of chicken in it, way more than expected!
