Papa Johns Pizza

Ordered online directly to avoid doordash expenses. It was a fifty dollar order that was routed through doordash anyways. They forgot the 2 liter, so I had to go to the store to get it myself as otherwise I was given an estimate of an hour and a half wait. They didn't cut the pizza. The pizza itself appeared to be made with aggression in mind. It was just messy looking and gross. Oversaturated with some type of pepper. Never again. Most of the papa John stores in this area are bad, except for the one on Bryan station.

Do NOT order from this location. I placed a carryout order tonight at 530pm. At 615pm the app said it was ready for pickup. I arrived at the store at about 620pm and waited for 40 more minutes. At 7pm, they still did not have my order complete and the manager said they had no idea when the remaining pizza would be ready. After 90 minutes, I left with just a cheese pizza and breadsticks and those were cold. The location was staffed with 10 people, so I have no idea what they were doing but I won't be ordering from there again.

This place is horrible. No organization at all. I ordered a pizza and it was being delivered on time. The guy gets here and says oops.. wrong order for your house another driver has yours. WTH… then how did he know my address. Needless to say I waited 15 minutes and then called the store. My pizza was sitting on a shelf and would be delivered in 30-40 minutes. The manager lied about how many drivers they had. I canceled my order. Picture not the best.

Ordered a pizza and got everything but the correct sauces.We ordered 3 sauces with receipt. Went back to get correct amount and they refused to give us the other 2 they lacked. Only gave us 1 the first time and only 1 the second time we went back. Not to mention we live 20 minutes away. Poor customer service. Paying for an item that we were denied to receive. Good pizza though.

I would give zero stars if I could. I ordered a pizza order online and after an hour I hadn’t received it so I called the store to find out they didn’t have a driver and was going to Uber eats my order to me. Nobody had contacted me to ask if I was ok waiting the extra time or if I might be able to pick up. The manager was very unprofessional and it took 3 calls and having some kid lay the phone down to even get to speak to anyone. I aaa told I would be credited for my order as we had to pick it up an hour and 20 min later and the manager is a liar as I never received this. There’s way better pizza in town. I would not do business with this place based upon the poor management and ethics.

We ordered a medium Works pizza and some cinnamon pull apart bread. The pizza was not cooked through, the middle was raw. The pizza was stuck to the top of the box as well. As for the pull apart bread, we usually have this for breakfast the next day. When I cut a piece, same problem as the pizza. This was not cooked through. We tried to fix it in our oven but it was not the same. The problem we see is there is no consistency. We will think twice before ordering again
