Columbia Steak Express

Used to eat here at least 2 times a week. The last 5 times I've tried to order they are closing early for no reason. Yet they answer the phones like they are open. I literally sit in the parking lot and called the other night and watched the manager lie straight to my face, saying he was closing early. Yet the open light was on and I watched 2 guys walk in and he took their order and started cooking the food. I watched while they waited on their food to be cooked,and leave. Yet he absolutely refused to take my order. I will never spend another penny there. The customer service is horrible. Apparently if you work later hours than you gotta be friends with the manager to get food past 9.

For the amazing price of $10 you can get the best burger in town with massive steak fries on the side. I feel like I'm stealing getting a half pound burger with friee for that price. The Columbia Nighthawk steak in their special garlic butter sauce with rhe Diego salad and steak fries on the side is a classic, and always delicious.

Sadly this place has gone way down hill. I used to love the nighthawk special. After two tries and $ spent...and suspected food poisoning, never again. They literally serve the steak in a cup of oil. So gross and got hung up on when I wanted a manager. They owe me $45 dollars and twou days work for throwing up
