For starters . I only order salad no meat at all
Every time i go they put bacon bits on it . Well tonight I got there at 9:40 pm wait in line for 22 mins it’s 10:01 when I get the the speaker . The lady says “ what r u getting . Actually we’re closed “ and I stated I just wanted a salad . No response . So unprofessional. I will not be back . If I could rate a zero I would give it negative 103939393. And no I am not giving y’all another chance

The employees were very friendly and informative because I had pulled up DQ menu & prices and it brought up a site that was called fast food menu and they had stuff on there from years ago.

I go to dairy queen a few days a week I love there chicken strips and there cheese curds if you haven't tried them then you don't know what your missing.

Updated 11-21-21 Still the rudest and most disrespectful employees. You should know not to argue with customers. It’s the Worst drive-thru in Lexington. Order is never correct and the employees don't care. Why have a drive thru window when you always have to come inside to correct your order or get utensils.

Amazing customer service. I called and spoke with Keisha and another employee about having a cake delivered. Both were so kind and accommodating. I wanted to order a cake for Father's Day but on Doordash I was not able to request any special writing on the cake. These two ladies looked for my order and personalized the ice cream cake! Within 45 minutes the cake was delivered. Keisha and the other lady (wish I knew her name) you ROCK! Dad loved his surprise.
