Saddest doughnuts I’ve ever seen. I got them through the drive through, and probably would not have taken them if I saw before hand. Also when going through the drive through, the guy was not paying any attention (they were not busy) I had to repeat my order because he “spaced out” and didn’t get it. Super disappointed, would not recommend.

Had never been to a Dunkin before. Decided to stop coming home from work to get the wife and kid donuts. Pull to the speaker and the young man was instantly rude. Couldn’t tell me prices or let me complete my order without cutting me off. I get to the window and explain to him it’s my first time here and I just worked 4 12 hr shifts back to back and he says “yeah yeah it’s whatever”. I pull of to open my box of cold (cold as in out of the refrigerator cold, seriously) donuts that are barely glazed and a jelly filled donut that had literally one bite of jelly out of the whole thing. Never again. I’d rather go to a mom and pop stop or pay more at KrispyKreme. Young Hispanic man with tribal tattoo on arm.

I have seriously never had a better delivery experience from a restaurant. The way everything was packaged and handled and still hot upon delivery truly changed my expectations on delivery. Thank you Dunkin Donuts for stepping up the delivery game!

One of the best Dunkin' donuts in Lexington great service and wonderful staff. Helped me when they were closing. I come to this Duncin's everyday because of the staff and the service.

Day+ old donuts at 7 am on a Saturday??? Extremely tough and dry. Got 1 glazed and 2 Boston Cream. At $1.20 each, should be fresh donuts at that price. Never thought to check the donuts before driving 20 minutes home. I could have done better at the grocery store across the street. Needless to say our Saturday morning treat was put in the trash bin.

Went there this morning to order their new omelette item, and the guy informs it is frozen and not ready, this was about 9 am, and I believe they open before 8, so I ordered another heated item. I paid and they told me to pull up to order it. I do and 5 seconds later a guy comes out with it and I recieve the plain mini bagels that i ordered and they were cold to the point of almost being froze. I will not order from this location again.
