Little Caesars

Called and placed my order for 3 orders of wings 20 minutes ago.. because they take forever. I walked up to the UNLOCKED door, was told "drive through ONLY even for pickup" so then I proceeded to the wrapped around line to wait an additional....15 Minutes to purchase my order!! EVERY SINGLE TIME I come to this location is always something!! I do NOT recommend this one, I will be driving farther away from now on. PS.. LOCK the door if no one can enter and speed up your workers... It's not always because you're "short staffed"

Hey this is INEXCUSABLE. I ordered my pizza at 2:58 PM. They ask me to park so they can bring it. Only to then serve 8 more cars behind me. I get out present the RECIEPT inside and have to wait another 15 minutes. That's poor customer service and I'll never comeback to this location. I'm going to share this with my followers on social media

Drive through window system could be better set up, when the take-out is not available at this location. Especially closer to closing when everything except basic Hot 'n Ready (pepperoni and cheese) pizzas are actually hot and ready, and most items have to be made; If you try and get past the wait by ordering an available Hot 'n Ready; you shouldn't have to still wait 5 minutes per car for every car your behind to get it! ..it probably isn't 'Hot 'n Ready' anymore, by that point yet the longer orders will be fine -- ironically. Take note of the above when ordering!

I wanted to order an extra most bestest but was told it would take 20 minutes So I just ordered a hot and ready so I can get it right then. But when I pull to the window she told me took my money and told me to park out front they'd bring it out and it was 30 minutes later before I got my pizza I realize they short handed. But if it's just bad maybe they should just close the store
