I second the post about the older gentleman working there. I've dealt with him many times before. He is a nice person and a hard worker, arguably harder working than many younger people in similar roles. They really shouldn't staff such a busy restaurant with only one person regardless of age. It reduces the quality of the food and it adds undue stress to the worker trying to keep even a remotely steady pace (washing dishes, prepping food, trash in lobby, etc.). I can't speak for mold being in the soda machine because I don't buy soda there, but the ingredients were kind of bad on my last visit. They were out for many hours it seemed. Logically, I assume the lone worker did not have time to do prep work due to a rush that continued for hours. I can only imagine what a lunchtime rush would do to that kind of place with a single worker on the clock.

This location is not good. Walked up to the door with both workers outside smoking. One came in and I had to ask her to wash her hands, all she did was squirt a pump of hand sanitizer on. The meat and toppings look old. The bread was stale. I couldn’t even finish my sandwich because I was disgusted with how everything looked.

Never had an issue. Clean. Friendly staff. Good food. Stores their food correctly not out in the open to be spit on like the TC center location. This store seems to get forgotten since there is another location in the tates creek shopping center.....but to be honest this location is entirely better. Take the 3 mins to drive here instead of the store by Kroger.

The middle aged lady making my sandwich is by far the meanest person I've ever had take my order anywhere. She screamed at her young co-worker for not throwing a away a receipt and shot daggers in me with her eyes when I accidentally stuttered. She should seek future employment in haunted houses because I'm still shaking.
