I love that you can place your order online for pick up and they let you pay when you pick it up instead of having to enter your credit card info online prior! They also have a rotating monthly special.

I called to make a pickup order because i was in a hurry i still had to wait when i arrived at the restaurant for fries. What is the point of calling in if it takes the same amount of waiting time. I will not call in again.

Great subs! Initially it was the best chicken salad out there but they changed the recipe for chicken salad and now its just ok.

I'm generally a huge fan of Penn Station, but I am extremely disappointed by the size difference between the 6" and 8". The 6" resembled a hotdog, barely any meat on the inside and the bread is tiny. But the 8" looks perfectly normal. The only difference should be the 2" in length, not width as well
