Qdoba Mexican Eats

Had supper from here tonight. Went in to order, tables were nasty as was the counter and floor. The food line was almost empty and messy. There were 2 teenagers in the lobby playing with slime and spreading it across the tables. The 3 staff members behind the counter seemed more interested in whispering and laughing to each other than cleaning stocking or tending to customers. Food was barely warm (my cheese never melted on the ride home). Asked for more adobo chicken because she gave me literally half a spoon and she charged me for double portion ($3.75 extra). Chips were stale and overall it was a fail. This place used to be really good before it burned down. Ever since the reopen it has been getting worse every visit. This was my last trip here.

Walked in to an empty restaurant and was told to leave and order online, then come back. I go to my car and pull up the app to order and it says it’ll be 20 minutes. Again the restaurant was completely empty. Never had an experience like this at any other Qdoba and I eat there often. Won’t be going back there.

This place has apparently the worst management team in Lexington. They only offer online for the last three months. so I download the app as I’m sitting in the parking lot. Nobody is coming or going and the people inside are talking on the line. Mind the fact online ordering is placed on every door 3 times and aggressively highlighted.I place my order for asap, well no the closest time I can get it is 20 minutes because they’re so busy. This place is a joke. Terrible management. Find a real general manager before this place shuts down.
