I walked in and orderded. The worker said he would bring out my order when done. 30 minutes later...i walked in and got my order, he said he forgot. Pizza was good though and i have to say i have eaten there many times...always good quality with the food. I would recommend the thin crust pepperoni.

Walked into the lobby before 11 (probably 10:50) as soon as we walked in we stood there for a couple minutes, also passed three employees on the way inside the store.(None of them mentioned that the lobby was closed) The girl looked at two other employees on the inside and said, “I thought y’all locked the doors?!” Then she stated that the inside was closed and we had to go through the drive-thru. If the inside is closed after 11, there’s still no excuse for them to not do my order as we were inside before 11, no note was posted, no store hours that said any different. If it’s only drive-through after a certain time, those times should be adjusted and reflected adjustments should be visible on their websites, google maps, clearly posted store hours and notes on the door if necessary. The lady was rude! Trying to teach my children proper procedures and protocols in life, with everything, but what’s the point when we followed and y’all didn’t?! Extremely disappointed in little Caesar’s today. And so is/was my son who was with me🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️

Order was done on time. I needed them to hold it in the water for an extra 30 minutes because of my own fault, but the pizza stilled looked and tasted great. Staff was also friendly.

Thankfully we pulled in here to grab crazy cheese bread after opening the terrible cheese bread from the hut down the street on our way home. This place has their act together and it shows. While not my favorite pizza in town, the pizza here is an excellent value, tastes great, and you don't have to call it in a half hour early.

This is probably the worst Little Caesars in Lexington, or anywhere else that I've been to really. Everytime we order here the pizza is pretty bad. Only reason we go is because it's the closest one to home. Last time we went, we ordered 2 pizzas, a bacon pizza & a pineapple with black olives & light sauce. They gave us a sausage pizza & the other pizza had absolutely NO sauce at all & it tasted horrible. I ate 1 piece & the rest went in the trash. Kids had to wait for their pizza because we had to go back to get it replaced with the correct one. By the time it got back home the rest of the food was ice cold. I would honestly recommend the one on Versailles Rd. It's the best one in Lexington in my opinion. Only one better than that is in Corbin.

My family loves little ceasers! It's our go to for a quick, cheep meal. I have only ever ran into one person who was rude so for the most part their customer service skills are good.

Pizza was ok but had to wait over 30 minutes for a hot and ready along with poor customer service. Counter staff was rude to most of the costumers at that time because they had 4-5 at one time at the counter to order. Staff fighting amongst themselves while being rude and using fowl language.

Decided to go with the new Batman calzone. Was skeptical at first ya know but turned out to be an amazing meal. Also the cardboard box used to house said pizza was also used to help a sweet lady who was stuck on the ice in her truck. Would recommend they saved that lady from being stuck. Thank

One of the slowest places. It doesn't matter if there no cars in front of me. In the drive thru I always end up spending 30 mins here. And idk why they always try to over charge me. I have to tell them the prices. I didn't want to stop at this one. But, it was closer to where I was at. Just frustrating

Very rude and disrespectful manager's. I ordered six pizza's and the lady gave me one to many Pepperoni I tried to explain I had one to many pepperoni and one less cheese. The manager was rude about the whole situation. Its not like I was asking for a free pizza I just wanted want I ordered.

There can't be a bad Little Caesars. The food here is just fine. But they charged my credit card 3 different times with 3 different amounts. When I called to bring it to their attention/get my money back, the manager was very rude, denied that it happened, called me a liar. Then asked to see my bank account, which this whole situation was very suspicious to begin with. When he said I could come to the store again to get my money refunded, the lobby was closed, and refused to let me in after I had just spoken with him on the phone. Very unprofessional.
