Only good thing is the service. Prices are way to high for really poor chili. It reminds me of Skyline chili which is just terrible. Ton of spaghetti with a spritz of fake tasting chili. Ever have some of the cheap coney sauce, that is the taste. It was gritty, left a film in your mouth. Just nasty food for $$$. Go to Kroger get a can of hormel chili, even tough it’s cheap it’s better. Now that is saying something.
Now company offers to make up for the poor food quality by offering a free chili dog for my feedback. lol!!!

You venture to the food court in the mall and you see a decent selection of place's to eat. That's when you look at Gold Star Chili. Awesome food both in vegetarian and meat chili. They are not stengy of the cheese and the food is always hot and fresh. Not too bad on the price.

Felt like the coney crate deal was a bit pricey and didn't even get them in the actual crate box. We're in foam containers

I have been waiting to try Cincinnati-style chili (chili on spaghetti with tons of cheese) ever since I saw it featured on one of my favorite YouTube channels, GeographyKing. It brought me back to middle school lunches but weirdly in a good way. Chili dog on the side.

Being from Michigan chili dogs don't do it! Kogels coney dogs only! Chili tasted like cinnamon....🤮🤮🤮🤮

I've been going to Lexington Fayette Mall Gold Star for years and years - even before the mall had a Food Court. So obviously I don't recall having issues with the food. But the chili/spaghetti portions keep getting smaller and smaller, while the price keeps going higher and higher. I think customers can deal with a price increase or a smaller portion, but paying a higher price, then getting increasingly smaller portions is a double whammy most customers do not appreciate. Perhaps send a "secret shopper" around from time to time to check for appropriate portions?
