Why does it take 15 minutes to get through a line to order when there are five people ahead of you? Why does it then take over an hour longer for my group to get three burgers, with no sides, which were on one order? I will not return here, and I'm looking forward to seeing this place close so hop

I ordered a burger, and paid them money. After half an hour of waiting I found out that they never put my order in! I expected at least some common courtesy but recieved no apology and my burger came out after another 20 minutes
