Update. It's still 5 stars! The atmosphere is so inviting. Tiffany is the best hostess ever! Her manners are polite. She tends to her guests and addresses them all by their title and names. Staff in the back of the house and drive thru are friendly too. The dinning area is clean and spotless.. I highly recommend this location on Richmond road in Lexington KY.

The food is always good but something is always missing and the drink wasn't right. This is our only location and they close early so.....I wish they'd pay more attention to the details of my order. I don't get to stop by much but when I do, I just want what I ordered to be correct. If you go check your order before you leave the drive through!

Waited 10 minutes to get my food. Get to the window and ask the girl did the meal come with biscuits? She looked at me like duh, yeah it does. I get to my destination 10 minutes away and there are no biscuits or silverware and the only thing hot was the chicken cause it was spicy. Drive back to sit in drive thru for the next 45 minutes for them to tell me sorry and you only get silverware with your meal if you ask for them. How do they expect people to eat there sides?

I am definitely happy that they are back open. But I think it would be in their best interest to focus on drive-through or lobby only. Every time I have tried to get dinner it takes 30 or more minutes.

Funny story. I always get the chicken liver meal with wedges and slaw. When I got home I had I think bight size chicken strips. They where a little spicy but other wise good. Might have a new item to order if i can figure out what I had.

Doesn't accept rewards.
This location does not accept the rewards available in the Lee's app. They offer no explanation as to why and don't tell you until you get up there to pay. Additionally the first time I went there, they were out of a lot of menu items and the only indication of that was a hand written note on the drive thru, which really caused a backup in the already slow line.

Car broke down outside this restaurant, the management noticed I was having a hard time and when I came in to eat they gave me a free meal and hoped my day got better.
Honest-spirited staff here that really care. Will be returning. Thank you Lee's!

Drove to Lexington location from Frankfort to purchase chicken gizzards as this is the closest I could locate as other Lee's no longer carry this item. I purchased 2 orders to take to my bestestestest friend. The cashier was very pleasing, smiling and plessant.
