the food is good. but the place is dark 😅 really weird. upon arrival it seemed abandoned they serve you through a small window. there is nothing comfortable, cheerful or cozy about this place. there were also many cobwebs. I felt like I was in another dimension 😆 order your food and go far away from there to eat in a clean, comfortable and "beautiful" place, it makes you sad to eat there. the attention is "so basic"... they only open the window to ask what you want, they close it while you decide, they open it to give you your food and they never ask you if you need anything. It is not a good place to eat there. take your food and go.

Great food! We got ramen and sushi and all of it was delicious. The tonkotsu broth and the miso broth both had great flavor along with the chasu. The only slight complaint I have is I REALLY LOVE marinated soft boiled eggs in ramen and they were plain hard boiled eggs, but it was still great. Will definitely go back!

If you're debating whether you should try this place or not, stop. Just go. They have excellent sushi. The staff is very friendly and it was pretty fast, all things considered. Sushi takes time to make. We ordered sushi bowls (one tuna and one eel). They are as delicious as they are pretty. Highly recommend both of these. We also ordered a spicy California roll. I'm generally not a fan of California rolls, but this one was delicious. Can't wait to come back and try more things on the menu.

I'm not the type to leave bad review. I always give 20% or more of a tip to food service workers but I have to write about this. The food was good but the worker there gave us someone's else's food ontop of ours and called us 30 minutes later trying to get us to bring back the food to give to the customer, which is a health code violation. I told them I already ate the food so I couldn't even give them the food back if I had it. They proceeded to call be several times to try to try to get me to either bring back the food or pay for it to point where I would call it harassment. If they are willing to take back food they handed out wrongly, what other corners are they willing to cut?

I give this restaurant 3 stars because of the portion size of the ramen soup. Typically a bowl of ramen I've had at restaurants across the country is much larger and contains much more vegetables and meat, and fills the bowl. The bowls were only half full (see the pictures), had minimal vegetables and meat, and the eggs were overcooked with a set yolk versus the typical jammy yolk. I'm glad we ordered the pickled vegetable salad and some sushi as appetizers, otherwise we would have still been hungry after $12 bowls of ramen. Everything tasted very good, but disappointed in the ramen compared with what I've had in cities across the USA.

We were very pleased with the quality of the food. Prices and selection were pretty standard for the sushi and everything was fresh. The staff were friendly and the place was very clean. We'll definitely be back again when in the area.

Love this place. The owners are fast and efficient, and the food is creative and amazing. This is also one of the best places in town for ramen, udon and poke bowls.

I really enjoyed my meal at SAM. I had edemame, veggie gyoza, a salmon and tuna sushi donut, vegetable miss ramen, and mango mochi. Everything was flavorful and fresh! There's a huge variety of food, so I will definitely be back to try more.
