Called the store at 1:43PM. Asked them what time they close. They said 4:00PM for New Years. I walked over, got there at 2:00PM and this is what I see. Don't lie to me and say your open when your closed. I will be calling corporate, sending an email and sending a letter.
Slow service, alright food. If you've ever been to Arby's expect the same as usual, nothing special. Took them what seemed like 15 minutes to make a fish sandwich and fries for the only 3 customers. If you go here, order the classic beef sandwiches and you'll get your order in record time.

Very fast and friendly service. The food is great and it's a relaxed and clean environment. Great family dining experience with local shops near by to explore as well
Decent Arby's. They do a pretty good job when it is very busy for events at getting a volume of people through and maintaining the level of quality you would expect from Arby's.
Refused service 30 minutes before they closed because they didn't want to clean again. 3 separate employees were asked if they would serve us and all refused.
Very friendly staff. They were out of several items, but still good service overall.
