I ordered a venti Chai Latte and it cost $5.25 and they left over an inch of empty space at the top. The only reason I'm not rating it lower is because it still tasted really good and the drive-thru lady was nice.

This place is amazing! They are always uplifting and positive no matter how busy they are! Ray was the absolute best! So sorry he had to move to Florida but they have kept up the good work! He would be proud!

Received my drink, half foam luke warm. Asked as kindly as possible for a remake. Was outside in patio area in hard rain smoking. Was told I needed to exit patio area. I guess people planned on sitting there in the monsoon.
Passive agressive and bad service. Go to another Starbucks within 2 miles, or better yet go somewhere else all together.

I can't start my day without coming thru the drive thru and giving my order. Most of the staff I've interacted with are amazing people. It's not only a good cup of coffee but it's beyond good service.

This store messes up custom orders and I've standard drinks 50% of the time. My taxi chai blended creme they miss the dusting of cinnamon on top ALL. THE. TIME. My daughter orders some custom mixed drinks and they get those wrong as well. Like asking for cream base and to be blended and it comes out no cream in ice.

Normally, when I go to Starbucks they are perfect at my order, because it's pretty easy. I ordered a quad espresso! However, I got a venti frappuchino instead. I explained to the employee that this couldn't be my drink and they said that they had misunderstood my order and thought I wanted 4 espresso shots added to my drink. They immediately corrected the mistake by fixing me the correct drink and offering me a free lemon cake pop for my lost time! I appreciate the sweet treat, but I like my coffee black. I give it 4 stars because we can't always be perfect and when we make a mistake it's good to correct it.
