This is the most disgusting fazolis I have ever stepped foot in. The toilet was overblown. The floors were filthy, as were the soda machines. No clean tables at all, and took over 10 minutes for them to get me a towel to clean my table off. And unlimited breadsticks?!? That's a joke here.
Stood in the lobby for about 10 minutes no one came out. I finally went into the back and called out for service. The guy came out and said they didn't actually serve food to 1030am. The sign says they open at 8am. When I said this, he said yeah we open but we don't serve food. Ridiculous!
Food was OK, service was very minimal; but the restaurant was pretty filthy and the bathroom was disgusting. I've pooped in the woods before; but I wasn't comfortable using this one. I decided to hold it till our next stop.
Three times in a row...no fork for my spaghetti, no fork or napkins with spaghetti and salad, forgot my side of sauce! Keep up the good work drive thru crew.
Friendly staff allowed us to hang out and study for exams before lunch. The property us in better shape than I have seen it in a ling time.
I wish they had the coke freestyle machines here, otherwise very good and friendly staff.
Walked in at 11am and all the employees were in the back of the store. No one ever came out to help after 7-8 minutes, so I left.
