They keep this place clean. The staff is very friendly. Handicap accessible.

Was going to get breakfast here but decided not to after watching employees sit out back of the store and chain smoke cigarettes with the door propped open and return into the restaurant and begin cooking without washing hands. You can see clearly thru the back door into the kitchen. Also the the language and topics of discussion were not what attracts business either. I understand this isn’t a 5 star dining establishment but proper hygiene and appearance goes a long way in food service. When the employees look unkempt it’s gonna be a no for a lot of folks.

Myself and another couple that showed up at the same at 1am came in to the staff talking to 3 people who rudely made comments to the female of the couple and myself. The staff sat and laughed, after 15 minutes of the pink haired female staff member and the male staff meme her with the brown goatee sitting talking and joking with the 3 people and not even trying to take the couple or myself’s order or even drinks the couple and I got up together and left. Literally worst service possible as they didn’t even try to do their jobs.

I ordered eggs over medium, grits and hash browns. I got eggs with clear runny whites grits and toast. My son ordered chocolate chip waffles and was given a plain waffle and a handful of chocolate chips as an after thought. Service was lousy. Waitresses were so busy socializing they couldn't be bothered to bring silverware or more sodas to the two tables that were occupied.

The worst service I've had! Very rude employees that work the night shift. The short girl is horrible and vert unprofessional, she has an attitude and you can tell she doesn't like her job by the way she treats the paying customers

Food was decent. However, the service was lacking. Never received a refill and had to talk to several of the workers before we even could manage getting the bill. Overall not the best Waffle House experience but also not the worst.

I showed up. Website said open. Door said they were open. People eating inside. But it was locked. They ignored the phone. Would not come out to tell me what was up. Terrible service rude.
