When the food is good, it's really good. Problem is, there's been a LOT of issues lately. Under cooked noodles, noodles delivered in a soup, messed up orders, burnt food, PLASTIC IN THE FOOD. My rating reflects my average experience overall. The food can be really good, I just wish they were competent more often.

Okay, I was giving this place the benefit of the doubt before because it's convenient for me, but this is getting ridiculous now. A while back I got a pad thai with tofu, and it had elbow noodles that did not belong there in it, which makes me very concerned about cross-contamination in the kitchen, and a piece of plastic packaging! I wrote it off as a one time mess-up. But today I ordered my food to go, and was very clear about that, and they didn't take my name. A while later a confused server came out with a eat-in order asking if I'd ordered it. I said yes, but I ordered it to-go. They went back to the kitchen where I could see the staff discussing it. A while later they returned with my order, which I took home to find it wasn't cooked! It was soup at the bottom and the noodles weren't cooked through! I had to cook my own take-out order! This was not a busy night, it was early for dinner and there were more staff there than customers! I understand if there are new employees, this kind of place has high turnover, but management should be on top of this, especially with so few customers in the store.

I used to have a very high opinion of this location. Then they decided to discontinue bike deliveries, which for whatever reason also meant raising the minimum delivery total to $15. When considering tax, delivery charge, and a tip, this is just too much. Noodles still easily deserves 3 stars, though, for their sit-down service. The food is still pretty darn good, if a bit overpriced.

They are humans doing their best with an odd situation, come give them a try. The staff is excellent unless you run into new members not trained with enough time. Its an amazing place to eat when not overwhelmed, though due to being understaffed sometimes they run into service killing complications.
The amount of care and effort put into the place is amazing, despite certain times being impossible considering the lack of staff.. Catch them on the right day and it's impossible to find a problem, catch them when fate is throwing them to the wind and you may be stuck with some issues.
The delivery system is a bit wild, as stated the lack of staff can cause complications when you have fourteen orders ready to go out and only one biker..
Worth the attempts from time to time, but call in advance if you wish to plan out a perfect dinner escape.. two cooks and two waitresses have a hard time handling a bulky rush.
The amount of care put in though is unparalleled, which gives me the idea that its just a matter of the right hands being dealt at the right time.

Noodles and Company does an excellent job for a fast casual restaurant. I'm always greeted by smiling energetic staff. It's a bit unnerving at first as it's pretty well a new concept and you don't know what you want the first time in. Staff does a real nice job directing you to something you are going to enjoy. Personal favorite for me is the mac and cheese, also have enjoyed the Pad Thai. The owner Chad is often in there greeting customers and has even called after a delivery before to make sure everything was exactly as I would have expected. Delivery on bikes is really cool. Awesome fast casual pasta place. Can't beat the location on Limestone.

Place is great they replaced all the Meats out of my order (I don't eat pork) with chicken, friendly service. The noodles where great, but had one flaw, it was a but sandy( sand like texture) the taste was good but I don't think it should have that texture

I paid $16 for a ref pad Thai plus extra shrimp. Very unsatisfied. I got literally 6 shrimp. How many does it usually come with? I got no eggs on my dish and it definitely wasn't worth the money I spent. Either lower your prices or better your food.

I've had great luck with the Noodles & Co. on Nicholasville Rd. by the Lexington Mall, but this location has been disappointing. I've had the Indian Peanut Saute twice and it was heavily over-seasoned both times. In a party of four, we waited almost 45 minutes before receiving four stone cold dishes - the restaurant wasn't even that busy. Our waiter was gracious and remade every dish, but it was still aggravating. I do enjoy the organic tofu and udon noodles though!

Service was a little rough at first... Only got a couple items that we ordered and then was waiting a while for the rest to come out... Mentioned the issue to Andy the manager and he turned into Superman... Got the rest of our order and brought a little extra to make up for it and was extremely nice...

Sarah the manager deserves a medal. After going to the Nicholasville Rd. location where we were served cold food after after a twenty minute wait (more on that below) I called Sarah and told her about the situation and she invited me up to her store and took care of us.
The Nicholasville Road store is generally very good but they were having an off night and it sounded like some personnel issues. So this isn't a criticism of them as much as it is an accolade for Sarah and the South Limestone store.
