Always choose pay in store. The app would not accept the promo code for free item. I printed papers and took them with me. They said they could not honor codes unless they were used in the app. Even after explanation, they wouldn't honor it. I left the food and walked out. BEWARE. I'm sure they will change the pay feature after this. Hello Domino's. Bye penn station.

i love penn station but this location is just poor. workers seem high and not friendly. the chicken wrap i received isnt a wrap at all, i might as well not have a tortilla because its in pieces before i even ate it. this is not the first time ive been disappointed by the staff and food at this location. hopefully they can get their stuff together and act like they wanna be there and work, otherwise i would recommend eating at the wendys across the street.

Terrible service. Literally the most bizarre and impersonal service every time we go there. The sandwiches are good, but the staff is so extremely disinterested; they likely will never make eye contact with you or really look at you throughout the ordering process. Last time we went, it was so hard to hear over this extremely strange wailing/new age music blasting, we had to sit outside to talk. You are never greeted when you enter, and you may stand and wait at the counter, without being acknowledged, for minutes at a time. The staff is just totally unfriendly and curt.

Typical Penn station. The andwiches are good, but a bit pricey. I think the cheese steak is one of the better offerings. The meat and other ingridients are of good quality, no mass produced crap. You have the choice of sauces and sautedd'd onions, peppers, and mushrooms. Everything is made to order. The fresh cut fries are good, they go straight fromt he cutter to the frier.
